Using Aspiring Artists® Interpretive Fauvism™ method of painting, students will recreate their own renditions of famous Fauvist masterpieces by Matisse, Derain, and Cross. Instructor, Debra Stasiak, will teach the specific brushstrokes and layering techniques of these painters in a simple step-by-step format. Acrylic paints and canvas will be used for all lessons. Please bring a smock, snack, and box to transport wet painting home.
