Experience the unique opportunity to explore the outdoor 'laboratory' of Sandy Hook with an environmental instructor. Filled with memorable, fun hands-on experiences such as: Searching for cretaceous era fossils, combing the beach for artifacts, and studying marine life habitats. After completing the course campers will understand the importance of marshes to our eco system and how food goes from ocean to table Examining the physical and geological features of water, waves, and beaches. In addition to marine biology campers will understand the historical significance of Sandy Hook, Fort Hancock, and the Twin Lights. * **Campers must bring lunch, snacks, sun block, beach towels, sneakers, rain gear and a hat. Liability waiver will be required for all campers who register for this program.
