Yoga benefits the mind, body, and spirit! In addition to the physical benefits of improving flexibility, muscle strength, and perfecting posture, yoga is also known to sharpen concentration, reduce stress, anxiety, and improve self-esteem. Sessions will include learning physical postures and Pranayama’s (Breathing exercise) for both physical and mental conditioning. Participants will be able to improve their confidence, presentation skills as they will be given a chance to present poses to the group in their last session. Come learn to breathe better with us.
